Basil Bounty

I made some vegetarian lasagna last night.  It was made all the better by using fresh basil from my container garden on the patio:

There is nothing quite like walking ten steps, snipping off a handful of leaves, and chopping the freshest herbs you can imagine.  The smell is perfection.

Just one more advantage of trying to source my food as locally as possible.  Wait until the blueberries are fully ripened!
